Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Dollar Printer ("we", "us") governing your use of our mobile app, website and subscription services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not use the Service if cryptocurrency trading, or access to trading analysis, is prohibited where you live — checking that is your responsibility, not ours.

2. Your account

• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• Tell us immediately at info@dollar-printer.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. What the subscription gives you

A paid subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content and channels included in your plan, for the period you paid for and for as long as these Terms are observed. It grants no ownership of anything.

4. Payment, term and renewal

• Subscriptions are paid in advance in cryptocurrency, through our external payment processor.
• Your subscription period begins when your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and runs for the length of the plan you bought.
• Nothing renews automatically. Crypto payments cannot be charged on a schedule — continuing is always an action you take.
• We email a renewal link before your period ends. Access continues through a short grace period after the end date, after which the channels lock until you renew.
• You are responsible for all network and exchange fees involved in paying. Sending funds on the wrong network, or to the wrong address, is not recoverable by us.
• We may change the price of future subscription periods. Any change applies to renewals, never to a period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Because access to the content is delivered immediately and in full when your payment confirms, subscription fees are non-refundable except where refunds are required by the law that applies to you.

We will make it right where something genuinely went wrong on our side — a duplicate payment, a payment that confirmed but never unlocked access, or a billing error. Contact us and we will correct it. We do not refund based on trading results, or because the content did not meet an expectation of profit.

6. No financial advice — and what that means in practice

• Signals, commentary and educational material are general information, published to the whole membership without knowledge of your finances, experience or goals.
• Nothing is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset.
• Past performance of any signal, strategy or trader does not predict future results. We make no promise, guarantee or projection of profit, and any figure shown anywhere in the Service is historical or illustrative.
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether to act on anything, for position sizing, risk management, and for any tax arising from your trading.
• Seek advice from an independent licensed professional before trading if you are in any doubt.

7. Exchange connections and trade execution

The Service may let you connect a third-party exchange account using your own API credentials, and to place orders from within the app. If you use this:

• Each order is placed because you instructed it. We do not manage your account, exercise discretion over your funds, or take custody of them at any time.
• We strongly recommend API keys without withdrawal permission. You are responsible for the permissions you grant.
• Your relationship with the exchange is governed by their terms. Their outages, rejected orders, liquidations, slippage, price feeds and fees are outside our control.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from exchange downtime, API failures, network congestion, or orders that fill at a different price than expected.

8. Community rules

In the chat channels, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, screenshot or republish signals or paid content outside the Service.
• Post spam, referral links, scams, or promotion of other paid services.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post unlawful or hateful content.
• Impersonate the team or any other member.
• Give personalised financial advice to other members.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may moderate, edit or delete content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — signals, analysis, educational material, branding, design and software — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal trading. You may not copy, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit it. Sharing paid content with non-subscribers is the clearest way to lose your account, and we terminate for it without refund.

You keep ownership of messages you post, and grant us a licence to display and store them as part of operating the Service.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend it for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control, and we may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for signals delayed or missed because of an outage, a push notification that did not arrive, or a problem with your device or network.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and simply not renew. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, share paid content, abuse other members, or use the Service unlawfully — in which case no refund is due. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. (Replace before publishing.) Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
